Credit Agricole’s Ambassador Kick-Off Meeting in Parma was a planning meeting, necessary for the alignment of goals and new corporate strategies. It was a time to define roles and responsibilities, accompanied by the creation of impactful internal communication, to corporate culture.

Credit Agricole asked us to conduct an in-person scribing that would provide the spokespeople with a tool to promote the new values within the corporate population.
HIGhLIgHTS
Our support was able to simplify the complexity of the meeting into a solution that could clearly identify the guidelines in a timely manner, for the Ambassador Community to follow.
