The “Embrace the Hybrid Way” event was hosted by Philip Morris to introduce the company’s new working methods. During the kick-off meeting, the benefits of a more flexible working solution were discussed, in order to establish a more autonomous and collaborative working environment suitable for the employees’ needs.
PROCEsS
Philip Morris asked us to create digital invitations for the event guests and to visually synthesize the best practices that each Ambassador, team by team, provided during the discussion.
HIGhLIgHTS
Each contribution provided by the Ambassadors helped us to define the guidelines for the new methodology. They were then brought together in a single video that animated our scribes, strenghtening the emotional bond solicited during the event. In addition to the interactive element, we were able to gather each individual point of view in a single and prespective overview.
